Who is she?
Born and raised in Bellbrook, OH, Maranda is very much your sweet Midwestern Girl Next Door. She is like champagne; sweet and bubbly fizzling ove, but with a bite. Driven and passionate, Maranda always tries to see the good in everyone. Maranda is often told that she is a joy to work with. Maranda believes that everyone should be treated with love and respect. Maranda currently lives in Manhattan with her partner and two sweet cats. Maranda most recently has performed comedy improv all around the tri-state, done professional Christmas Caroling all around NYC and Long Island, and performed many a Cabaret around the city. Maranda recently served as Wardrobe Supervisor Off-Broadway at New World Stages and The Lucille Lortel for two very successful show runs. On top of performing, Maranda teaches early childhood music education to ages 3 months- 8 years old, does professional costuming, and has her own headshot and lifestyle photography business, Let it Shine NYC Photography. Maranda is an alumnae of Mu Phi Epsilon, and Sigma Alpha Iota. Maranda is a classically trained comedic soprano (A2-A7) with a strong mix, and belt to G5. Maranda likes to describe herself as Genuine, Vivacious, and Effervescent.
Maranda is represented by Resolute Artists Agency for theatre and on-camera work.
